Biographical Information

Born in 1840 Augustus Pierce arrived in Australia in 1859. Painter and photographer he was active in the Victorian goldfields. He later charted the Murray River from Albury to Goolwa. In 1870's he left for U S A where he died in 1919. Edit or add to this biography
