Biographical Information

Born in Germany in 1927, Udo Sellback studied at the Kolner Werkschulen in Germany before coming to Australia in 1955. A graphic artist, he reorganised the graphics department of the South Australian School of Art before making a study tour of Europe, returning to take up an appointment with the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He first exhibited in Melbourne in 1966. His work is widely represented in state gallery collections. Sellbach died in 2006. Edit or add to this biography
