Biographical Information

Born in 1914, Yvonne Cohen studied in Melbourne and is known as a painter of semi-abstract landscapes and themes. From 1940 to 1980 Cohen divided her time between a North Queensland island and Melbourne. She won her first art prize in 1958 and her work is represented in the Bendigo Teachers College Collection.
