George Henry Male Addison (1858-1922) Australia

Biographical Information

Born in Wales in 1858 George Addison arrived in Australia about 1883. An architect he studied at the Royal Academy, London. He worked as an architect in Adelaide, Melbourne and in Brisbane where he designed the Brisbane Exhibition Building. He was also a teacher in Melbourne and later became art master at Brisbane Technical College. He died in Queensland in 1922. Edit or add to this biography
