Biographical Information

Capt. Thomas Soutter, was born 24th December 1774, and died 7th March 1819 whilst master of the ship, Blenheim, which was lost off Port Antonio, Jamaica, where he was buried. His son met a similar fate two years later when the schooner Frolic was lost with all hands off the Island of St. George. Edit or add to this biography
