Biographical Information

Born in Victoria in 1891, Carlyle Jackson studied in Sydney under Dattilo Rubbo. In the 1920s his landscapes and street scenes received wide acclaim. Jackson's work is represented at the National Gallery of Victoria and in some major provincial collections. He died in 1940. Edit or add to this biography
