Biographical Information

Born in Holland in 1942, Adrian Mauriks studied sculpture extensively in Melbourne, later lecturing in the subject at tertiary level in Victoria and Queensland. He has exhibited his work - generally symbolic sculptures in steel and timber - since 1974. Mauriks has won several art awards and is represented in regional and institutional collections.
