Biographical Information

Born in Sydney, Ethel Stephens was one of the first pupils of Julian Ashton. She later studied in Paris at La Grand Chaumier. She exhibited at the Paris Salon in the 1920s and is represented in the Art Gallery of NSW. Stephens died in 1944. Edit or add to this biography
