Biographical Information

Born in Melbourne in 1890, Spowers studied at the National Gallery School, Melbourne and in London and Paris. She studied under Ian MacNab and Claude Flight and is best known for her woodcuts and linocuts. She exhibited in London and Melbourne. Ethel Spowers died in 1947. Edit or add to this biography
