Biographical Information

Born in Melbourne in 1903, Henry Rayner studied in Melbourne and at the Royal Academy School, London. Principally an etcher, he emigrated to Europe in 1924, his work coming to prominence when HM Queen Mary purchased a copy of his etching of HM King George lV. Rayner's works are represented in several major English collections. He died in 1957. Edit or add to this biography
