Biographical Information

Born in Victoria in 1924, Jack studied at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

He served as a draughtsman for the RAAF during World War II. He held several teaching appointments until 1968 when he became a full time painter.

Jack frequently painted country towns and western landscapes, studies which reflect his training as a draughtsman. ,p>His works are represented in several major Australian and overseas collections.
