Biographical Information

Born in Tasmania in 1919, Loudon Sainthill studied at the Melbourne Technical College. He gained a reputation as an artist and theatrical designer, designing a number of sets for the Australian Ballet as well as for Sadlers Wells and other London theatres. His works are represented in most major state galleries. Sainthill died in 1969. Edit or add to this biography
