Biographical Information

Born in Victoria in 1868, Louise Riggall was a watercolour painter who studied at Julian's in Paris. She also worked in France as a nurse with the Red Cross during World War I. Riggall died in 1918. Her paintings are represented in Victorian regional galleries. Edit or add to this biography
