Biographical Information

Born in Victoria in 1908, Marjorie Mathews studied in Melbourne under Max Meldrum and A.D. Colquhoun. A painter and sculptor, she also taught art at the Toorak College. Mathews was secretary of the Melbourne Society of Women Painters in the '60s. She died in 1985. Edit or add to this biography
