Biographical Information

Born in New South Wales in 1942, Sharp studied art and architecture in Sydney. He was a painter, cartoonist and designer, was art editor of 'Oz', and has done cartoons for a number of newspapers and magazines including the 'Bulletin' and 'Sydney Morning Herald'.Martin Sharp exhibited in London, Sydney and Melbourne, and from 1965 to 1974 travelled extensively. His work is represented in Australian and overseas public and private collections.He died in 2013. Edit or add to this biography
