Biographical Information

Born in New South Wales in 1949, Anne Ferran studied art extensively in Sydney. A photographer, installation artist and teacher, she has exhibited widely in most eastern capital cities. Ferran has received several art awards and scholarships, and in 1992 was appointed head of the Photomedia Workshop at the Canberra School of Art. Her work is represented in the National Gallery of Australia and state galleries of New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia, as well as in tertiary institutions. Edit or add to this biography
