Biographical Information

Born in Tasmania in 1960, Anne MacDonald studied art extensively, gaining a Master of Fine Arts, majoring in photography in 1983. She has exhibited her photographic installations in solo shows since 1986. MacDonald lectures in photography, and has received several art grants - one by the Australia Council to undertake a residency at the Cite Internationale des Arts Studios in Paris. Her work is represented in the Australian National Gallery, Museum of Contemporary Art in Brisbane and the Art Gallery of South Australia. Edit or add to this biography
