Biographical Information

Born in England in 1914, Jack Koskie studied in at the Hull College of Art before arriving in Australia in 1939. During World War II he served with the camouflage engineers, later becoming a commercial artist in Sydney. He taught art in Tasmania and Victoria, and exhibited regularly with the Victorian Art Society. His work is represented in the state gallery in Hobart and in the Australian War Memorial, Canberra.
