Biographical Information

Emile Frederick Victor Ulm was born in France in 1840. What little is know of him, is that he was married for the second time in Adelaide in 1894 Mathilde Bourband, also of French nationality and was recorded as Victorian Consul for Bolivia in 1890’s. He died in Paris 30 August.1896.

Emile Ulm was the grandfather of the pioneer of the aviator Charles Ulm.
