Biographical Information

A realist painter, printmaker and musician, David Dallwitz was born in South Australia in 1914 and studied in Adelaide. He exhibited regularly in Adelaide and was foundation member and first president of the Contemporary Art Society in 1943. Dallwitz's prints are represented at the Australian National Gallery and the Art Gallery of South Australia. He died in 2003. Edit or add to this biography
