Biographical Information

Born in New South Wales on 5th March 1881, Edgecombe studied at the East Sydney Technical College and in Europe. He was a teacher at the East Sydney Technical College and a commercial artist. Edgecombe belonged to the Royal Art Society of New South Wales and the Australian Art Society. He painted landscape subjects of the Sydney area. He died on 23 June 1954, in Hornsby, NSW.
