Biographical Information

Beth Mayne was born in Port Lincoln, SA and the family moved to Adelaide when she was quite young. She married and divorced twice, firstly to Robert Theakstone at age 23 and then Trevor White, and painted under the name of Beth White after that marriage.

She started painting from a young age and continued into her 70's. In her later years she perfected the art of paining on silk, with silk dyes Edit or add to this biography
